Narmada Winery is hosting “Walking by Narmada,” a series of photographs by Etan Rozin who remarks, “The Narmada River is a holy pilgrimage route in India. Out of the blue, I had the chance to join a group walking along the route for a couple of weeks. I wasn’t prepared for how moved I was by the beauty of the land, the kindness of the people, and shared experience with my friends. Selecting photographs for this exhibit was especially challenging because each has a story attached and special meaning; hopefully some of the beauty and character of the people comes across.”

Rozin integrates his degree in industrial design, career developing user interfaces and knack for technology to create images and look at the world through them.

Lynn Mahoney Rowan, Will Thomas Rowan, Lauren Breunig, and Jeremy Carter-Gordon share a vibrant energy onstage – their connection to each other and to the music clearly evident. They educate as they entertain, telling stories about the music and explaining the traditions in which they sing. Stunningly powerful vocal harmony floods the room as they present Song on the Times about working class movements for peoples’ rights from the past 400 years.

Windborne has collected and studied polyphonic vocal music for over 15 years from traditional singing masters from cultures around the world. The group was catapulted to new heights when a clip of them singing Song of the Lower Classes went viral, and 2,600 people in every State and 22 countries contributed to their Indiegogo project. $25 – Adults $10 – Under 18
